Salmon Salad (1 serving)
Ingredients For Salmon Salad
- 1 7-ounce can salmon
- 2 chopped scallions
- 1 stalk diced celery
- 3 tablespoons Roquefort Dressing
Preparation Method
1. Remove bone and skin of salmon. Break in chunks in bowl. Mix scallions and celery with salmon. Turn into salad bowl and pour dressing over. Serve between lettuce leaves.
