Chicken Salad (3 servings)
Ingredients For Chicken Salad
- 1 cup minced chicken
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 6 sliced boiled ham
- ¼ head of lettuce, chopped
- green pepper rings
Preparation Method For Chicken Salad
1. Place chicken in bowl. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together and add to chicken. Add parsley, celery and salt. Mix well. Spread mixture on ham slices, roll slices up and secure with toothpick.
2. Place on a bed of lettuce with seam side down. Garnish with green pepper rings.
