Roast Pork (6 servings)
Ingredients For Pork Roast
- 4 or 5 pound pork roast (loin or shoulder)
- 1 large clove garlic, finely minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Method Pork Roast
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.2. Wipe meat with damp cloth. Cut off surplus fat.
3. Cut small incision in meat and insert garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Place meat fat side up in roasting pan. Roast in 350° F oven. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes per pound. Meat should be grayish white when cooked.
