Fish in Wine (4 servings)
Ingredients for Fish In Wine
- ½ stick sweet butter or margarine
- ½ clove garlic, chopped fine
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 4 fish fillets
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation Method For Fish In Wine
1. Melt butter in frypan. Add garlic, onion and salt. Sauté until onion is golden brown. Set aside.
2. Wash and dry fish. Dip fish first into egg and then into Parmesan cheese. Place in fry pan with garlic mixture and brown well on both sides. Pour wine in, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
