Vanilla Ice Cream (8 servings - ½ cup each)
Ingredients For Vanilla Ice Cream
- 5 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon-equivalent white sugar substitute
- ¼ cup water
- 2 cup heavy cream
Preparation Method for Vanilla Ice Cream
1. Place yolks, vanilla extract sugar substitute and water in blender. Blend at medium speed for 30 seconds.
2. Fold yolk mixture into whipped cream. Be careful not to break down volume of whipped cream. Empty into refrigerator tray. Freeze for 2 hours.
