Fruit Mold (8 servings)
Ingredients for Fruit Mold
- 2 envelopes sugar-free raspberry gelatin
- ˝ cup sliced strawberries
- ˝ cup heavy cream, whipped
Preparation Method for Fruit Mold
1. Prepare 1 package gelatin according to package direction. Add strawberries. Pour into mold and chill to firm.
2. Prepare second package of gelatin without cold cater. Cool. Fold in whipped cream.
3. Place on top of strawberry gelatin. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
To unmold: Run wet knife along edge. Dip bottom of mold in warm water. Turn over onto wet plate.
