Chocolate Shake
Ingredients for Chocolate Shake
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate soda
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 4 ice cube
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon equivalent sugar substitute
- dash of salt
Preparation Method for Chocolate Shake
1. Place gelatin, ¼ cup of soda and cocoa in sauce pan. Stir well.
2. Heat slowly to boiling point. Be sure gelatin dissolves completely and cool.
3. Place ice cube in blender. Add cooled gelatin mixture, heavy cream, ¾ cup of soda, sugar substitute and salt.
4. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
5. Serve in tall glass. It will become thicker as it sets. Stir vigorously.
