Atkins net carbs reflect the grams of
carbohydrate that significantly impact your

doing atkins diet.
Atkins
net carbs number is almost always lower than
the total carbohydrate number. The
exceptionis food such as cream with
virtually no fiber content. In such
cases the totals carbs and net carbs are
identical.

to Calculate Atkins Net Carbs?
You
can easily estimate the grams of net carbs
for a particular food by using the
information provided by the Nutritional
Facts panel on the label. Simply
substract the gram of fiber from the grams
of total carbs per serving and you will get
a pretty accurate atkins net carb number.
